- Email us at the address above and let us know which app you’re using, your device, and what’s happening. Screenshots help us resolve things faster. Many of our apps also have their own support page with answers specific to that product.
- How long until I hear back?
- We’re a small studio, so replies come from real people — usually within two business days. Thanks for your patience.
- How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can view, change, or cancel them anytime from your device’s subscription settings under your Apple or Google account.
- How do I request deletion of my data?
- Email us with the subject “Data deletion request” from the address associated with your account and we’ll process it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and how deletion works.
